21 kb swings (53/35)
12 pullups
Ring dips fall under the “not quite there” category for me. I am getting there though, I skipped the 3 rep max aspect and went for as many reps as possible with the red (smallest) band helping me. I did 12 total reps in a few different sets.
6 months of Crossfit and this is my first “lady”. Sean, meet Helen. Helen, meet Sean.
The run wasn’t too bad it was cool outside with just a slight drizzle that was rather refreshing. The first half of the run is up a mild incline, but the benefit of that is a downhill descent on the way back.
I, once again stuck with the 35# KB’s. I should be able to Rx those soon, but for now I am focusing on form and speed.
I used a tan band to help with the pullups and still struggled. Pullups are tied with double unders for things I need to (and have been) working on the most.
Results: I completed the WOD in 14:02
